I'm using this grid for my project, so far so good. Just wonder that you guys have plan to input more features like Inline editing... or a clear road map for future development ?

Thanks alot.

You can use the "Empty" method to change this.

In future please post questions on the mailing list ( - wiki comments are not an appropriate place for support questions.

Guys ... I have a problem with the Grid helper. When there is no data in the database, it displays a message (sent by the mvc contrib). This one I can workaround quite easily, but the second problem is this: when a search result is empty, it displays a message. So far so good, but since my page is in portuguese, I want to be able to change that phrase. Can I?

I would love to see this project cleaned up. There is things in there that are part of MVC 2 now and that are irrelevant.

Without of course forgetting the utter lack of documentation in certain areas.

This project is stuffed with good stuff, but it is a somewhat frustrating experience to use. The documentation pages are sorely lacking and mostly refer to static blog posts, some of which are quite old - which in turn makes it difficult to know whether the information is up-to-date, still relevant, etc. For instance, people are warning against the use of the FluentHmtl helpers because of performance issues, but this site makes no mention of such highly relevant information.

I also find it hard to know which features are stable and complete, but that may be the nature of umbrella projects.

Overall very useful but with said caveats.

It would be great if the documentation pages included example implementations rather than simply listing the features. Either way, many thanks for the work that has been contributed.

It will be really appreciated if we can find "MVC Contrib" documentation material in a document we can download.

Kindly Regards, and many many thanks for this good contribution.

Am I correct is thinking the IoC Controller Factories are Deprecated? Should the topics be removed from the Docs here, or can we put in the instructions for borrowing the deprecated code and putting it into your project?
